MOM-Licensed Placement Agency · Est. 2016

Welcoming help into your home should feel like a welcome — not a risk.

We take the time most agencies won't: to know each helper as a person, to match her to your household, and to stand behind the placement long after she arrives.

Our promise

Three commitments we make to every family.

You're bringing someone into the most personal parts of your life. We think that deserves more than a database and a phone call.

01 — Vetted

Every helper, personally verified.

We interview candidates in person in their country of origin — not over patchy video calls. Background, medical history, references, work history: all checked twice, by two people.

  • In-country in-person interviews
  • Verified references from prior employers
  • Health and background screening
  • No middlemen, no rushed placements
02 — Trained

Prepared for your household — not a generic one.

Before arrival, every helper completes tailored training aligned to your family's needs: infant care, elderly care, cooking styles, dietary considerations, or pet care. She arrives ready.

  • Household-specific pre-arrival training
  • Language and cultural orientation
  • First-week onsite check-in
  • Ongoing skill development available
03 — Supported

We stay after the paperwork clears.

Most agencies disappear the day she arrives. We check in at week one, month one, and every three months — and we're one call away if anything feels off. For her, and for you.

  • Scheduled aftercare check-ins
  • Confidential support line for both parties
  • Mediation before problems become disputes
  • 14-day replacement guarantee if unresolved
How it works

A considered process, not a checkout.

From first conversation to first day in your home, expect four to eight weeks — and clarity at every stage.

01

Consultation, in your home or ours.

A 60-minute conversation — no pressure, no forms. We ask about your household, your rhythms, what's worked before, and what hasn't. This is where matching really begins.

Week 1 · Complimentary
02

A shortlist of three, hand-picked.

We present three candidates whose experience, temperament, and household fit align to what you told us. Full profiles, video interviews you can review at your pace, and a call with us to discuss any of them.

Week 2–3
03

Documentation, handled entirely by us.

Work permit, medical, insurance, contract — we prepare everything and walk you through what to sign and why. No surprise fees, no last-minute paperwork.

Week 3–6
04

Arrival, orientation, and settling in.

We meet her at the airport, deliver her to your home, and walk through introductions together. A follow-up visit in week one, a call in week four, and quarterly check-ins after that.

Week 6–8 onwards
Our helpers

Real people, treated with the respect the work deserves.

Every JCove helper is a woman with her own story, her own family, and her own reasons for choosing this work. We take that seriously — and we ask families we work with to do the same.

We currently place experienced helpers from three countries, each with its own strengths depending on your household needs. We're happy to talk through the differences during your consultation.

What families say

Trust, in their own words.

A small selection from families who've been with us long enough to know.

★★★★★
After a bad experience with another agency, we almost gave up. JCove listened for an hour before showing us a single profile. That alone told us everything.
Priya & David Two young children · East Coast
★★★★★
My mother needed palliative care and I needed to trust whoever came into her room. Sister Nway has been with us fourteen months. She is family now.
Mrs. Tan Elderly care · Novena
★★★★★
When a disagreement came up in month three, they mediated it fairly — for both of us. That's when I realised they actually meant what they said in the brochure.

The JCove Guarantee

If something isn't right, we make it right.

Real matching means occasionally a placement doesn't work — for either party. When that happens in the first fourteen days, we replace without question and without additional fees.

  • Free replacement within the first 14 days
  • All administrative and permit costs covered by us
  • Transparent, flat-fee pricing — no hidden charges
  • Confidential mediation available at any time
Questions worth asking

Things families ask us — honestly answered.

Most agencies operate on volume — the more placements, the more revenue. We deliberately cap our monthly placements so that our team can spend real time on each match. We interview candidates in person overseas, offer full documentation handling, and stay involved after arrival with structured check-ins. The trade-off is a slightly longer timeline. We think it's worth it — and so do the families who've come to us after quicker placements didn't work out.

Our placement fee is flat and disclosed at the consultation. It includes candidate sourcing, in-person interviews, training, documentation, permit handling, airport reception, and the first 12 months of aftercare. Additional government levies and insurance are separate but transparently itemised. We do not accept commissions from candidates — a practice we believe protects both employer and helper.

Call us — earlier is always better. In most cases, small friction points can be resolved with a conversation, and we're happy to mediate confidentially. If, after that, the placement genuinely isn't working, our 14-day guarantee provides a free replacement. Beyond 14 days, we still work with you on fair options, including transfers where appropriate.

We believe the safest placement for a family is one where the helper is also treated well. That means transparent contracts, no salary deductions to us, mandatory rest days, a private phone line to reach our welfare team, and quarterly check-ins with her — independent of the family. Families who don't share this view generally find they're not a fit for JCove.

Yes. Transfer placements are often faster and can be a great fit — you can meet the helper in person before deciding, and she can begin sooner. We handle transfer paperwork with the same care as new placements, including a full reference check with her prior employer.

Let's start with a conversation.

Sixty minutes, no pressure, no forms in advance. If we're the right fit for your household, we'll tell you. If we're not, we'll help you understand what to look for.
